Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. won ton skins (available in some markets in deli section)
  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 4 sm. diced onions
  • 2 sm. boxes raisins
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/8 pound butter

Direcciones

  1. Brown beef and remove from pan. To drippings add in butter and brown the onion till soft. Mix well, adding the seasoning. Stir in the raisins and allow to cook one minute. Remove from heat, drain fat and allow to cool. When cool roll a small amount into each won ton starting at each corner. Fry lumpias in 1/4" oil till just brown. Don't over cook.
