Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Coconut
  • 1/2 c. Choc Chips
  • 3 c. Flour
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 2/3 c. Cocoa
  • 2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 c. Water
  • 2/3 c. Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. White vinegar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Additional Coconut

Direcciones

  1. To prepare filling,in small bowl,beat cream cheese,sugar,egg and salt till smooth and creamy.Stir in coconut and choc chips.set aside.Preheat oven to 350.To prepare batter,in large bowl,stir together flour,sugar,cocoa,baking soda and salt.Add in water ,oil,vinegar and vanilla.Beat on medium for 2 minutes.Fill paper lined or possibly foil lined muffin tins 2/3 full with choc batter.Spoon 1 tbsp filling into the center of each cupcake.bake 20-25 min.
