Filled Noodles

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 T shortening
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4 potatoes (mashed)
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 T chopped parsley
  • 2 beaten large eggs
  • 1 slice bread, crumbled
  • 1/2 c. minced celery

Direcciones

  1. Make dough as for pie dough. Roll into 8 inch circles (approximately 6). On 1/2 of circle place cooled filling. Moisten edges with water. Fold over and seal like pies. (Will look like 1/2 moons.) Drop into boiling salted water or possibly beef broth. Boil 30 min, not too fast. Lift from broth and brown lightly in butter.Filling: Mix all ingredients together. Add in potato water if needed to thin potato filling. Let cool before filling noodles.
