- Heat butter, add in onion, saute/fry gently and add in all remaining ingredients. Cut each fillet in half lengthwise. Place stuffing on each fillet, roll up and wrap a thin slice of streaky rasher (bacon) around each roll. Place in a buttered ovenproof dish, cover and bake in a moderate oven 190 C/375 F/Gas Mark 5 for 15 min. Remove cover to brown the dish for last five min. Substitutions Cod, haddock, pollock, hake.
