Ingredientes

  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. club soda

Direcciones

  1. Soak chicken pcs in buttermilk and lemon juice for two hrs. Drain.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients. Coat chicken with mix and deep-fry.
  3. Fried chicken should be cooked in at least 2 inches of warm oil (360 degrees)
  4. for 10 to 15 min, turning twice. The chicken cooks more proportionately if the pcs are the same size. Breasts should be cut in half and thighs should be separated from the drumsticks.
