Ingredientes

  • 1 Tab. Chili Pow.
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. coarse salt
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic or gar. Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. coarsley ground black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Mix 1st 5 ingred in small bowl. rub both side of pork chops with spice mix. let stand 15-30 min.
  2. cook chops to an internal temp of 145 degrees with a 3- minute rest
