  • 1 medium onion

  • 10 shrimps
  • 4 small crawfish
  • For the sofrito:
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp ñora flesh
  • 1 cup crushed tomato
  • 2 cloves garlic
