Ingredientes

  • 455 gm Coley or possibly cod fillet, fresh or possibly defrosted, skinned and cubed
  • 1 x 15 ml spoon sunflower oil
  • 1 sm Onion, minced
  • 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 x 430 g jar Balti sauce Salt and pepper
  • 2 x Tomatoes, quartered
  • 115 gm Frzn green beans or possibly spinach, slightly thawed

Direcciones

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan. Cook the onion and garlic for 1 minute.
  2. Add in the Balti sauce. Cover and simmer for 2 min, add in the fish and seasoning. Cover and cook gently for 15 min.
  3. Lightly stir in the tomatoes and green beans or possibly spinach. Simmer for 2-3 min.
  4. Serve with naan bread or possibly Basmati rice.
