Ingredientes

  • 1 c. salt
  • 8 to 10 sm. potatoes
  • 2 to 4 onions
  • 2 pound fish (1 inch thick)

Direcciones

  1. Scrub potatoes and cut a thin slice off each end; don't peel. Leave onions whole. Cut fish into serving size pcs. Bring a large pot of water, with the salt, to a boil. Add in potatoes. Bring back to a boil and boil for 12 min.Add in onions and boil 6 min more. Add in fish. Bring back to a boil and boil a final 12 min. Remove fish and vegetables to platters. Serve with melted butter.
