Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Fish, cod
  • 1 x Egg
  • 3 med Potatoes
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk, warm
  • 1/2 tsp Pickling spices Bread crumbs, or possibly matzo meal

Direcciones

  1. Boil fish, potatoes, and spices till potatoes are soft. Remove spices, mash potatoes, add in warm lowfat milk and beat till light and fluffy. Add in flaked fish and well beaten egg. Refrigeratethoroughly, form into cakes, dip in bread crumbs (or possibly matzo meal) and refrigerateagain. Fry in shortening (or possibly Passover approved oil).
