- Heat oil in frying pan, add in onions, stir-fry till tender. Add in ginger, candlenuts and curry pwdr, stir-fry over low heat for 3 min.
- Add in soy sauce, lemon juice and water, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 min.
- Add in fish cutlets in single layer, cover, simmer for 5 min on each side or possibly till just cooked through.
- NOTE: Any white fish cutlets or possibly fillets are suitable for use with this recipe.
