Fish Filets In Wine Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 6 (8 ounce) fish filets (redfish, cobia, snapper)
  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 T chopped garlic
  • 1 lg. white onion
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 c. minced parsley
  • 1 1/2 c. white wine
  • 2 lemons
  • Flour, salt, pepper, oil

Direcciones

  1. Season and flour filets well. Pan fry filets till lightly brown - not well done. Remove from pan and set aside on paper towels. Remove oil from skillet and saute all minced seasonings and garlic in butter till tender. Add in wine and stir well for 3 min. Remove from heat and add in fish filets to sauce. Let simmer till all filets are cooked. Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving and garnish with fresh parsley.
