Fish Fillets In Garlic Butter

Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly Margarine
  • 2 sm Garlic Cloves, chopped
  • 4 x Fish Fillets (6 ounce. each) Salmon, (or possibly whitefish or possibly cod)
  • 1/4 c. Green Onion, thinly sliced Lemon Wedges

Direcciones

  1. In a skillet, heat butter over a medium heat. Saute/fry garlic 1 minute. Place fish over garlic, cover and cook over low heat 3 min. Carefully turn fish; sprinkle with onions. Cover and continue to cook till fish flakes easily with fork, about 2-3 min. Squeeze lemon over fish. Serve immediately.
