Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Fish fillets -- flounder or possibly Sole
  • 10 whl wheat crackers -- Crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. Wheat germ
  • 1 pkt Frzn minced spinach -- Thawed and liquid removed (
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Arrange the fillets in the bottom of a shallow baking dish. Cover the fish with the well-liquid removed spinach. Combine the cracker crumbs, wheat germ and cheese and pour over the fish and spinach. Bake, uncovered, at 400F for 15 to 20 min.
