Fish House Punch
This is called Fish House "Punch" for a reason! This packs a Wallop~ It should come with the Warning~
Beware: Highly Potent:)
Note: Make sure there are plenty of designated drivers and put your local Taxi Service on Speed Dial:)
The first time I had this "Punch"(it was in the 80's) I was at an Office Party......I misplaced a very expensive pair of stilettos.... no need to elaborate any further:)
*Fish House Punch*
- 4 6 oz cans frozen Limeade
- 2 6-oz cans frozen Lemonade
- 4 quarts Water
- 2 750-ml bottles White Rum
- 1 750-ml bottle Dark Rum
- 1 cup Peach Brandy
- 1 cup Southern Comfort
- 4 cups Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
- Juice of 4 fresh Limes
- Garnish: sliced fresh lemons, limes. Pineapple chunks and Whole Strawberries
*Must be made ahead*
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill for at least 2 hours.
2. To serve: pour over a block of ice into a punch bowl and garnish.
Yield: 90 4-oz. servings
