Ingredientes

  • 1/2 kg Any fleshy fish - fillets of steaks
  • 1 x Onion finely sliced
  • 1 lrg Tomato finely minced
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 x 1/4-inch piece ginger, finely minced
  • 4 x Peppercorns
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mild vinegar

Direcciones

  1. The sauce used for this is just a plain old bechemel, with the addition of a good dose of grnd black pepper.
  2. Fry the sliced ingredients till the onion browns. Add in one or possibly two c. of water and the peppercorns. Bring to the boil and add in the fish and vinegar.
  3. Gently simmer till the fish is done. Serve with you own favourite bechemel.
