Receta Fish Manchurian Dry
Manchurian is one of the most popular street side food. Now I am preparing spicy and tasty Fish Manchurian. This recipe is not typical regular fish fry. It is more like a desi flavored and gives unbelievable aroma. I am sure you are going to love this very much. If you like to add you can add some sauce to the recipe as per your taste.

Fish Manchurian Dry Ingredients
Ingredients
3 fish fillets(I used panga)
- Salt to taste
- 1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp ginger garlic green chilli paste
- 3 tsp corn flour
- 1 tsp maida (all purpose flour)
- Oil for frying
- 3 garlic pods
- 1 green chilli
- Juice of half lemon
- Half capsicum(optional)
- Few spring onions
Method
Fish Manchurian Dry
Wash the fish and cut in to small sized pieces. Take a bowl add fish, salt, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, maida, half of the lemon juice and mixwell.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish pieces until it becomes golden brown color and keep aside.
In the same pan add chopped garlic, chopped green chillies and thinly chopped capsicum and fry them for 2 mins.
Here i am not adding soya sauce if you want you add soya sauce also.
Now add your fried fish, lemon juice and chopped spring onions and mix well, then serve hot.
Serving Instructions
Serve as a snack.
