Ingredientes

  • Fish bones and heads Water
  • 1 x Onion -- minced Lowfat milk Cilantro -- minced Salt and pepper Chiles -- minced

Direcciones

  1. This soup is usually made with freshwater fish and popular along the lake side villages throughout Eastern Africa.
  2. Put fish bones and heads in cool water to cover and bring to a boil. Simmer slowly with the onion till the onion is soft. Add in lowfat milk and strain to remove the bones. Returnthe heads to the soup. Season to taste. Add in cilantro and serve.
  3. Note: All of the head is eaten except for a hard bone between the eyes.
