Ingredientes

  • 1 can Salmon. I took bones and skin out, added:
  • 1/2 c. (maybe more) seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 handf fine minced celery
  • 1 handf fine minced and onion
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1 tsp Chef Prudhomme vegetable seasoning (or possibly any cajun-type stuff) Snipped fresh thyme and scallions from my garden

Direcciones

  1. Made the patties and sauteed in very little extra virgin olive oil (just sufficient so they do not burn) in a cast iron frying pan till brown on both sides. Served with sauteed onions, pineapple and green peppers and homemade tartar sauce.
  2. This made 7 patties.
