Ingredientes

  • 1 lrg foil cooking bag
  • 3 c. frzn green peas
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine softened
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 1 tsp dry tarragon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp coarsely grnd pepper
  • 24 ounce halibut steaks cut into
  • 4 ounce portions

Direcciones

  1. SHOPPING LIST: Six fish steaks (halibut, swordfish, walleye, northern)
  2. steaks (4 to 6 ounces each), 3/4 to 1-inch thick
  3. PRELIMINARY: Preheat grill to medium-high or possibly oven to 450 degrees.
  4. Open foil bag. Sprinkle peas and onions in even layer in bag. Combine margarine, parsley, lemon peel, tarragon, salt and pepper; spread over one side of fish steaks. Arrange fish on top of vegetables in foil bag. Seal with double fold and place in 1-inch deep pan. To cook, slide foil bag onto grill or possibly leave in supporting pan and place in oven.
  5. Grill 14 to 16 min on covered grill or possibly bake 30 to 35 min in oven.
  6. Use oven mitts to cut open foil bag with sharp knife. Carefully fold back top, allowing steam to escape.
