Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 lb Fish fillets or possibly steaks - (1/2" thick)
  • 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 1 med Onion sliced
  • 1 med Green pepper cut into 3/4" chunks
  • 1 x Garlic clove chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 2 med Tomatoes cut into chunks
  • 1/2 c. Heinz Chili Sauce
  • 1/4 c. Sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
  • 1 dsh Red pepper Capers for garnish optional

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle fish with lime juice; set aside. Saute/fry onion, green pepper, and garlic in oil till tender-crisp. Add in tomatoes and remaining ingredients. Simmer till most of liquid evaporates, about 3 to 5 min. Place fish in skillet, spooning sauce over. Simmer 3 to 4 min. Turn fish and spoon sauce over. Simmer an additional 3 to 4 min or possibly till fish turns opaque and just flakes when tested with fork. To serve, spoon sauce over fish and garnish with capers, if you like.
