Ingredientes

  • 1 x onion minced
  • 1 x garlic clove crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 can low-salt chicken broth - (14 ounce ea)
  • 1 can Del Monte whole kernel corn - (15 1/4 ounce) no salt added, undrained
  • 1 can Del Monte whole new potatoes - (14 1/2 ounce) liquid removed, minced
  • 1/2 lb cooked halibut from Snappy Halibut (see recipe) (or possibly cooked fresh)

Direcciones

  1. In large saucepan, cook onion and garlic in warm oil over medium heat till onion is tender. Stir in flour; cook 1 minute. Stir in broth; cook till thickened, stirring occasionally. Stir in corn and potatoes.
  2. Throw away skin and bones from fish; cut fish into bite-size pcs.
  3. Just before serving, add in fish to soup; heat through. Stir in minced parsley or possibly sliced green onions, if you like.
  4. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
