Ingredientes

  • 1 med Plum tomato, seeded and minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh basil
  • 1 tsp Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper
  • 9 x Melba rounds or possibly toasts

Direcciones

  1. In small bowl, combine tomato, basil, Parmesan cheese, garlic pwdr and black pepper. Spoon about 1 Tbsp. tomato mix onto each melba round.
  2. Makes 9 servings.
