Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb stew meat cubed
  • 4 med potatoes - (to 5) cubed
  • 6 med carrots cubed
  • 4 med onions - (to 6) diced
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt - (to 2 tspns)
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 8 ounce tomato juice Kitchen Bouquet (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Place meat and vegetables in heavy pan or possibly roaster. Mix seasonings, tapioca, water, tomato juice, and bouquet together. Pour over meat. Put lid on, bake 4 1/2 to 5 hrs at 250 degrees. Stir occasionally.
