This incredible Turkey Half Breast is moist, delicious and uses only 5 ingredients. The best part is you can let the slow cooker do all the work.
- Five-Ingredient Slow Cooker Turkey Half Breast Total time 8 hours 10 mins
- 4 lb bone-in turkey breast ½ Tablespoon olive oil Salt Lemon Pepper 3 shallots, halved 4 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed ½ cup vegetable broth
Rinse turkey and pat dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil over turkey. Sprinkle with salt and lemon pepper. In a skillet on medium-high heat, brown the turkey breast, meaty side down. Place, meaty side up, in slow cooker. Place shallots and garlic around side of cooker. Cover and Cook on low 8 hours, Remove from slow cooker and let stand 10 minutes before slicing. 3.2.2310
