Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Philadelphia Cream Cheese - (8 ounce) softened
  • 1/2 c. Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese divided
  • 1/3 c. Di Giorno Pesto
  • 1 jar minced pimentos - (4 ounce) liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. Kraft Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese Crackers or possibly Italian bread slices

Direcciones

  1. Mix cream cheese and 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese with electric mixer on medium speed till well blended. Spread mix on bottom of 9-inch pie plate or possibly quiche dish.
  2. Layer pesto, pimientos, mozzarella cheese and remaining 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese over cream cheese.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min or possibly till thoroughly heated. Serve with crackers or possibly sliced Italian bread.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
