Ingredientes

  • 400 gm white bread dough
  • 227 gm mushroom
  • 3 x onion, sliced
  • 50 gm butter
  • 200 ml cream salt pepper nutmeg

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 180- degrees FahrenheitHeat butter in a frying pan. Slice mushrooms and onions. Add in onions and fry for 1 minute, add in mushrooms, stir and cook them for a minute, add in cream and spices. Cook till the cream is boiling.
  2. Turn off the heat, but leave the pan on the burner. Spread the dough on a greased cookie sheet.
  3. Pour the mix of mushrooms etc. on the dough, spread it and bake it for around 10 min in a preheated oven
