Ingredientes

  • 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil (divided)
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 4 clove garlic (peeled and minced)
  • 6 sprigs lightly crushed fresh thyme (divided)
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • salt and pepper (as needed)
  • 2-3 medium shallots (peeled and thinly sliced into rings)
  • canola oil (as needed)
  • 2 ounce red onion ( finely chopped)
  • 1 cup fruity red wine
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 flat iron steak (about 1 ½ pounds)
  • 4 ounce blue cheese (crumbled)
  • fresh raw red seedless grapes (to taste)
