Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. grnd flaxseed
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. mashed ripe bananas
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon

  2. Serve this flavorful loaf as is or possibly spread with all-fruit preserves, honey or possibly even cream cheese. It also makes delicious toast.
  3. Note: Any nut works well inthis recipe, from walnuts to pecans to macadamias.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray 8 1/4 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan with vegetable cooking spray. In large bowl, mix together flour, flaxseed, sugar, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt.
  5. In another large bowl, beat together Large eggs and oil. Add in flour mix and mashed bananas alternately to egg mix, stirring with wooden spoon till dry ingredients are moistened (mix will be sticky). Spoon into prepared pan, spreading proportionately.
  6. Make topping: In small bowl, mix ingredients and sprinkle over batter in pan.
  7. Pat down gently into batter. Bake till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hour.
  8. Cold in pan on wire rack 15 min, then run knife around edges of pan and turn bread out onto rack to cold completely.
