Ingredientes

  • 2 ounce Active Dry Yeast
  • 2 1/2 c. Water
  • 6 Tbsp. Honey
  • 2 Tbsp. Canola Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 1/2 c. Whole-Wheat Flour
  • 3 1/2 c. Bread Flour
  • 1 1/3 c. Flax Seed, Dry

Direcciones

  1. Make Sure which the water is hot for yeast. Grind the flax seed into a meal using a blender. In large bowl, dissolve yeast in 4 TBS of water. Set aside till bubbly. Fold in the honey, oil, salt, & remaining water. Add in the flaxseed meal, whole wheat flour & 2 1/2 C of the bread flour. Mix well. Stir in sufficient of the remaining bread flour to make a soft kneadable dough. Turn the dough onto floured surface. Knead for 10 minutes or possibly till smooth and elastic. Coat two 9x5 pans with no-stick spray. Shape dough into loaf and place in pan. Cover with plastic wrap. let rise in hot area for 1 hr. Bake at 350F for 40 - 45 minutes.
