Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Honey almond delight brand crushed to 1 c.
  • 1 c. Flaked coconut
  • 1/2 c. Raisins
  • 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Grated fresh orange peel
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. Packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/4 c. Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine softened
  • 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Orange juice Sliced almonds

Direcciones

  1. TO PREPARE BASE, preheat oven to 350'F. Grease 32 miniature (1 3/4")
  2. muffin c.. In large bowl, combine cereal, coconut, raisins, flour, orange peel, baking pwdr and cinnamon; mix well and set aside. In small saucepan, combine brown sugar, 1/3 c. butter and honey. Stir over medium heat till butter is melted and brown sugar is dissolved. Pour over cereal mix; blend well. Place 1 Tbsp. mix in each prepared muffin c.; press firmly. Bake 8-10 min or possibly till golden (c. will be soft). Cold in pan 15 min. Loosen edges. Invert onto wire racks. Cold completely.
  3. TO PREPARE ICING, in small bowl, beat 1 Tbsp. butter, powdered sugar and orange juice till smooth. With pastry tube, pipe a decorative swirl on top of each c.. Garnish with sliced almonds.
