Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Stouffer's creamed spinach defrosted
  • 1 x baked 9" pie crust
  • 4 x Large eggs beaten lightly
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 6 x strips bacon cooked till crisp, liquid removed and crumbled
  • 2/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp grnd nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine Large eggs and flour till smooth in medium bowl. Add in creamed spinach, bacon, Swiss cheese, lowfat milk, onion, nutmeg and pepper; stir well to combine. Pour into pie crust.
  3. Bake for 35 to 40 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
  5. Comments: Defrost creamed spinach in microwave on 50% power for 5 to 6 min.
