Ingredientes

  • 4 x Leaf Lettuce Leaves
  • 1/4 c. Chopped Fresh Chives
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Dill Or possibly
  • 1 tsp Dry Dillweed
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tsp Prepared Mustard
  • 2 x (8 Ounce.) Flounder Or possibly Sole Fillets

  1. Rinse Lettuce Under Cool Water; Place Leaves in A 1 1/2 Qt Casserole.
  2. Cover With Plastic Wrap; Turn Back 1 Corner To Vent. Microwave At High For 1 Minutes. Place Lettuce On Paper Towels To Drain. Combine Chives, Dill, Salt, Pepper & Mustard; Mix Well. Splitfillets Lengthwise; Spread Chive Mix Proportionately Over Each Fillet. Roll Up Each Fillet Beginning With The Short End.
  3. Wrap Each Roll in A Lettuce Leaf & Place in A 1 1/2 Qt Casserole. Cover With Plastic Wrap & Vent. Microwave At High For 4 To 5 Minutes. Let Stand Covered 4 Minutes. Fat 1.1. Chol. 57.
