Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. Meringue Pwdr (you can buy In any cake decorating Shop)
  • 1/2 c. Cool water
  • 2 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 c. Corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. Water

Direcciones

  1. Beat meringue pwdr and cool water till stiff, about 4 min. In large microwave-safe measuring c. stir sugar, corn syrup, and water.
  2. In microwave oven, bring syrup mix to a boil (approximately 5 minutes.) Remove when boiling stops. Slowly add in syrup to meringue mix while beating on low. Beat on High for 4 min till stiff and glossy.
