Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 x egg
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Sift flour, baking pwdr and salt. Beat egg till light and fluffy and add in to dry ingredients. Stir in lowfat milk. Drop by Tbsp. on gently boiling vegetable gravy. Cover tightly and cook 15 min.
  2. Makes 12 plump dumplings.
