Receta Fluffy Grasshopper Pie
- This Pie is Light, Minty and Refreshing~ Perfect after Any Meal and Great on a Warm Summer Evening~
- 1-9 inch ready made graham cracker crust
- 1- (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1- (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 T lemon juice
- 1/4 cup creme de menthe
- 1/4 cup creme de cacao
- 4-ounces frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
- green food coloring, if desired
- Garnish with: cool whip and chocolate mint candy bar
In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and liqueurs. Fold in whipped topping and green food coloring if using. Chill 20 minutes; Spoon filling into crust. Freeze 4 hours or until set. Garnish with cool whip and shaved candy bar. Freeze leftovers.
