Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Honey
  • 2 x Egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

  1. In a small saucepan or possibly double boiler heat honey to boiling. In a bowl combine unbeaten egg whites, salt and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer at high speed till whites are stiff but not dry. Slowly pour in warm honey; beat for 5-7 min till frosting holds shape.
  2. Frosts two 8 or possibly 9 inch layer cakes or possibly one 4 layer cake.
