Ingredientes

  • 1 c. lean beef, cooked
  • 1/2 c. carrots, shredded
  • 1 (3 ounce) pkg. cream cheese with chives
  • 3 T lowfat milk
  • 2 T sweet relish
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 (10 ounce) pkg. whole wheat bread dough

Direcciones

  1. In medium bowl, stir together beef, carrot, cream cheese, lowfat milk, relish and seasonings. Set aside. Divide dough into 8 portions, roll each portion into a 5 inch circle. Place about 1/3 cup beef mix onto each of the four circles of dough. Moisten edge of dough with lowfat milk. Place remaining dough on top, stretching to fit bottom circles. Seal edges with a fork. Place on a greased baking sheet. Prick tops and brush with lowfat milk. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 15 to 20 min or possibly till golden. Remove from baking sheet. Cool on a wire rack. Seal, label, and freeze. Store up to 1 month in the freezer. Makes 4 sandwiches.For each serving, pack 1 frzn sandwich in lunch box with a frzn box of juice. The sandwich will thaw in 4 hrs.
