Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Round steak
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 lrg Onion, 1x2 inch slices
  • 1 x Bell pepper, 1x2 inch slices
  • 1 x Carrot, shredded or possibly sliced
  • 1 x Celery stalk, 1 inch pieces.
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Or possibly substitute
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Trim the ligament and fat from the round steak. Place double layer of aluminum foil in bottom of shallow baking pan (9x15x2 or possibly thereabouts in size). Place meat on foil.
  2. Spread unmelted butter or possibly margarine on top of meat, season with garlic pwdr, pepper and half of Worcestershire sauce or possibly pwdr. Pile vegetables on top. Top with remaining Worcestershire.
  3. Cover with 2 additional layers of foil, wrap tightly to keep steam and juices inside.
  4. Bake 2 1/2 hrs in 350 F oven.
