Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips (1 1/2 - 12 ounce bags) or possibly can use another brand and flavor
  • 1 (14 ounce) can Eagle brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk, not evaporated lowfat milk
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 c. minced walnuts

Direcciones

  1. In heavy saucepan, over low heat heat chips with sweetened condensed lowfat milk and salt. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla then walnuts. Spread evenly into wax paper, lined 8 or possibly 9 inch square pan. Refrigerate 2 hrs or possibly overnight. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel of paper. Wait about 5 min and cut into squares. Store in loosely covered container or possibly tin at room temperature. Makes about 2 lb.
