Today's Recipe: Zombie Eyes a.k.a. Filled Dates
Pitted dates, filled with cream cheese and almond butter, with a chocolate chip in the center.
Wonderfully, Frightfully Delicious~
- 12-16 pitted dried dates
- 8 oz package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup almond butter (add more almond butter to taste)
- 12-16 chocolate chips
- Carefully slice a small opening into date
- Do Not cut through date
- Carefully open date
- Beat cream cheese until smooth
- Add almond butter to cream cheese
- Mix cream cheese and almond butter together until smooth
- Spoon cream cheese mixture into dates
- Top each with one chocolate chip
Serve and Enjoy!
