Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 can (small) evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/2 pt Whipping cream, not whipped
  • 1 quart Homogenized lowfat milk
  • 1 can (flat can) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 2 lrg Bananas, crushed in blender
  • 2 x Oranges, juice of
  • 2 x Lemons, juice of
  • 1 x Lemon rind, grated (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Mix sugar, salt, lowfat milk, evaporated lowfat milk and cream in a one gallon container of ice cream maker. Freeze according to maker's direction to the soft stage. Remove top; add in crushed fruits and fruit juices; add in grated rind, if you like. Finish freezing till hard. Remove the dasher and pack container; drain off water and repack with ice. Let stand till frzn hard.
  2. Note: Ifneeded, homogenized lowfat milk can be added to finish filling container to the bottom of the top blade of the dasher.
