Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp. Margarine - melted
  • 3 Tbsp. NutraSweet - Spoonful
  • 1 env (1/4 ounce.) unflavored gelatin
  • 1 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 2 pkt 8 ounce. each - reduced fat cream cheese - softened
  • 1 pkt 3 ounce. - reduced fat cream cheese - softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated lemon rind
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/3 c. To 1/2 c. NutraSweet Spoonful
  • 1 pt Blueberries
  • 2 pt Raspberries

Direcciones

  1. SPOONFUL RECIPE COLLECTION.
  2. Mix crumbs, margarine and the 3 tbsp. NutraSweet Spoonful in medium bowl; pat proportionately on bottom of jelly roll pan, 15 x 10 inches.
  3. Sprinkle gelatin over lowfat milk in small saucepan; let stand 2 to 3 min. Heat over medium low heat, stirring constaantly, till gelatin is dissolved. Cold to room temperature.
  4. Beat cream cheese till fluffy in large bowl; gradually beat in lowfat milk mix. Beat in lemon juice and rind, vanilla and 1/3 to 1/2 c. NutraaSweet Spoonful. Pour mix over crust;chill till set, 3 to 4 hrs.
  5. Before serving, decorate to look like a flag, using the blueberries for the stars, and the raspberries for the stripes.
  6. Yield: 16servings.
  7. Serving Size: 1 pc. - approximately 1/16 PERSONAL NOTE from U. Taylor - folks I've made this one and left it plain it was delicious - am thinking there are other possiblities for decorations depending on holidays - for Easter - tint coconut - use as grass and put SF jelly beans and maybe a SF chocolate bunny.
