Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Butter
  • 2 c. Powdered sugar sifted
  • 4 ounce Unsweetened chocolate
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 3/4 tsp Peppermint extract
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 10 x Vanilla wafers crushed

Direcciones

  1. Beat together butter and sugar in a large bowl till fluffy. In the top of a double boiler, heat chocolate. Add in melted chocolate to butter mix and beat thoroughly. Add in Large eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in peppermint and vanilla extracts. Line 8" pie tin with vanilla wafer crumbs (buttering tin will help them stick). Pour in filling and chill 2 hrs.
