Frapannkakor (Crisp Swedish Pancakes)

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 1/3 c. water
  • 2 teaspoon powdered or possibly granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 1/3 c. heavy cream

Direcciones

  1. Mix flour and water; set aside for about an hour. Add in sugar and melted shortening. Mix in stiffly beaten cream.Heat pancake iron or possibly griddle, and brush with butter. Drop by spoonfuls on pancake iron and bake till golden on both sides. Remove pancakes and roll each one around a fork to create a roll.
  2. Place rolls on a serving plate and serve with sugar, crushed fresh berries, or possibly fruit or possibly jam.
