Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Apples -- peeled, minced
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Allspice
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/2 c. Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Raisins
  • 1/2 c. Walnuts -- minced

Direcciones

  1. In large mixing bowl, stir together apples and sugar; let stand. Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. In small bowl, beat together egg, oil and vanilla. Add in to apples. Stir in dry ingredients, mixing well. Mix in raisins and nuts. Pour into greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 min.
