Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt soft fresh goat cheese (such as Montrachet) (11-oz)
  • 2/3 c. minced walnuts
  • 1/2 c. minced liquid removed oil-packed sun-dry tomatoes
  • 4 tsp chopped fresh thyme or possibly 1 tsp. dry crumbled
  • 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream (about) Chopped fresh thyme Minced walnuts
  • 2 x French bread baguettes sliced

Direcciones

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients in bowl. Thin to spreadable consistency with sour
  2. cream. Season with generous amount of pepper. Mound cheese in crock or possibly bowl. (Can be prepared 2 days ahead. Cover and chill. Bring to room temperature before serving.)
  3. Sprinkle cheese with thyme and walnuts. Serve with bread.
  4. Serves 8.
