French Onion Casserole

Ingredientes

  • 2 lrg Onions
  • 3 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 2 c. Grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 can Cream or possibly chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onions and margarine. Spread in 7x11" glass pan. Heat soup, lowfat milk and soya sauce. Add in grated cheese and heat. Pour over onions. Mix gently with a fork. Place slices of bread on top (buttered side up) and partially overlapped. Bake at 350F uncovered for 1/2 hour.
