Ingredientes

  • 1 quart beef bouillon or possibly brown stock
  • 3 c. thinly sliced yellow onions
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Direcciones

  1. Pour bouillon or possibly stock in crock pot; cover and set on high. Cook onions
  2. slowly in large skillet in butter. Cover and cook for about 15 min.
  3. Uncover and add in salt, sugar and flour. Stir well. Add in to stock in crock pot. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hrs or possibly on high 3 hrs. Before serving, add in grated cheese.
