Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. mashed canned pears
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 x egg
  • 3 c. bread flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast or possibly bread machine yeast
  • 1 c. mashed canned pears
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 1 x egg
  • 4 c. bread flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/4 tsp active dry yeast or possibly bread machine yeast

Direcciones

  1. Select the loaf size. Add in the ingredients to the machine according to the manufacturer's directions. Select the basic white bread cycle.
  2. NOTES : Made 7-16-01. Good! 2# loaf. I made these additions and/or possibly changes. I minced approximately 1 3/4 fresh pears into cubes into bottom of pan and only used 1/4 c. water. At the beep, I added 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 Tblsp. candied ginger. Next time would use more cinnamon, only because I love cinnamon. Smelled heavenly while baking, and tasted better.
